These Terms are a binding agreement between you and VUDARO, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (Company Number LC014735088). CrimVid is a software product and operating brand of VUDARO, LLC and is not a separate contracting entity.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your credentials, authorized users, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
The CrimVid service
CrimVid provides software for video analysis, editing, repurposing, transcript workflows, captions, reframing, scripts, storyboards, prompts, and related marketing-content workflows. Features, limits, integrations, and availability may change as the service develops.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you upload and outputs generated for you, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. You grant VUDARO, LLC a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, modify, display, and transmit your content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve CrimVid and to fulfill your instructions.
AI-generated and automated output
Automated suggestions and generated materials may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and for confirming factual accuracy, permissions, disclosures, advertising claims, and legal compliance.
Acceptable use
You may not use CrimVid to violate law or another person’s rights; upload material you lack permission to use; distribute malware; interfere with the service; bypass security or usage limits; reverse engineer restricted components except where law permits; impersonate others; or generate deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unlawful content.
Plans, fees, and cancellation
Paid plans renew for the selected billing period unless canceled. Prices, taxes, plan limits, and refund terms are presented at purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated.
VUDARO and CrimVid intellectual property
VUDARO, LLC and its licensors own CrimVid, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and service technology. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Third-party services
CrimVid may connect to third-party platforms. Their terms and privacy practices govern their services. VUDARO, LLC is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a material breach. You may stop using CrimVid at any time and may request account deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrimVid is provided “as is” and “as available.” VUDARO, LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that automated outputs will be accurate or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VUDARO, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. VUDARO, LLC’s aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for CrimVid during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Courts with jurisdiction in Missouri will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law provides another forum.
